Does the frame have a warranty?
Yes. The 40mm hex aluminum frame has a lifetime warranty. If something goes wrong, contact our team and we'll sort it out.
Can I order the canopy without the frame?
Yes. Pick the canopy-only option if you have a compatible 10x10 frame already and just need a printed replacement top. For non-MVP frames, contact us with your tent brand and model before ordering and we'll verify compatibility.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. Once we have your artwork, we send a digital proof before anything goes to print. Approve it or ask for changes. Nothing runs until you sign off.
Do you charge extra for multiple colors or complex artwork?
No. Full-color dye sublimation printing is included at no extra cost. Gradients, photos, your full brand palette. No setup fees and no minimum order quantity either.
Should I choose side walls or half walls?
Pick side walls when you want coverage, privacy, weather protection, or a backdrop. One wall or three, your call at checkout. Half walls work better when you want to define your booth space without closing it off. They're useful anywhere customers walk up directly.
What's the difference between single-sided and double-sided wall printing?
Single-sided puts graphics on the outside only. That works when your booth faces one direction. Double-sided prints both faces, worth the upcharge when people see your wall from behind as well.
How many people does setup take?
One person can do it. Two people make it faster, especially when attaching walls.
How should I store the canopy after an event?
Dry it completely before you fold and store it. Wet storage leads to mold, staining, and permanent creasing. Pack it back in the roller bag and it'll be ready to go next time.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production takes 2 business days after artwork approval. Delivery runs 5 to 7 business days. Need it sooner? Reach out before ordering and we'll tell you what's realistic.

These are the softest, thickest long sleeved t-shirts ever. Highly recommend...cannot believe the price and that they are Amazon-basics...quality is that of a good popular brand name at three times the price. Bought one last week and washed it up and it's so nice that I bought several more. It is true to size- looks a bit on the big size until you wash it and then it's very true to size. Hubby is 6'1" (205lb) and wears an xl.

A Good Value

I really like these shirts and have ordered a number of them so far. They're warm and comfortable and are of overall good quality. They will shrink substantially, and the arm length will be reduced. That being said I just order them a size larger than what I typically wear and know that the sleeves will be a bit short. Otherwise they're a quality shirt. The material is thick, but not overly so, and they don't seem to fade even after numerous washes. These shirts are durable, well-made, and are a good value.

I will be buying more of these. I knew they were 100% cotton so I bought a large when I normally wear a medium. After I washed it in warm water and dried it in the dryer, it fits perfectly. The cotton is of great quality not thin and flimsy. I expect to get plenty of wear out of this t-shirt. Also, it did not fade. I recommend buying one size larger.

American sizing!
Size: XX-Large, Color: Oatmeal Heather, Pocket Description: No Pocket
These are great t-shirts and fantastic quality for the price. I bought them for my sons. The cotton is thick and nice-looking, the ivory colour is beautiful and it looks a lot more expensive than it is. I bought one for my eldest son and then bought two more (one for each son). The first one I bought has been getting a lot of wear for about three months. I wash it in the machine and line dry it because we line dry everything where we live. It has held up beautifully, has not shrunk, pilled or changed in any way. The only thing, and it is not a bad thing, per se, is that this is REAL American sizing. We are all tall with broad shoulders, and my eldest is a bit heavy. (Around 1m84 and 105 kg, I'm feeling too lazy to convert it online, but probably in the area of 6'1" or 2" and over 200 pounds.) So I ordered 2XL, which is what he wears in most inexpensive brands we get here. But, although he has been wearing it, as he needed cool-weather clothes, it is long in the sleeves and body and also wide. So I ordered him a second one in XL and he will set the XXL aside until he needs it, or gains weight. I would definitely recommend sizing down from what you usually order. But these are great! The Amazon interface seems to be prompting me to address functionality and cut. The cut is very good, although both large and long. I don't really know what they mean by functionality. It's a t-shirt, not ski wear or running shoes! The cotton fabric is nice and thick and soft. It's comfortable. It definitely works, as a garment. Don't know what else to say!
(Just to let you know, I am a real human ordering from overseas. I am not paid or even receiving merchandise in return for this review, although I wouldn't say no if they offered.)
